What we collect

We only collect what we need in order to quote for and carry out work:

• Your name, email address, phone number and postcode when you submit an enquiry or quote request.
• Details about your property and current heating, cooling or electrical setup.
• Anything else you choose to tell us in the message field.
• Basic, aggregated website analytics such as pages viewed and approximate location.

Why we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey, prepare a quote, carry out installation and servicing, and meet our certification and warranty obligations as an MCS-certified installer.

Where you ask about finance, we may pass your details to Ideal4Finance so they can prepare an illustration. We do not sell your data or share it with unrelated third parties for marketing.

Legal basis

We rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries and run our business, contract performance where we are carrying out work for you, and legal obligation where certification or notification is required.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not proceed are kept for up to 24 months. Records relating to completed installations are kept for the life of the warranty and any period required by our certification bodies or by law.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
