These terms apply to the use of this website and to quotes and work provided by Cool Renewables Ltd, 337 Long Lane, Bexleyheath, Kent DA7 5JQ.

Quotes and prices

Prices shown on this website are guide prices for typical properties and are not offers. Your price is confirmed in writing after a free survey and remains valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Guide prices assume reasonable access, suitable existing infrastructure and no unforeseen structural, roofing or electrical remedial work. Where extra work is needed we will tell you and agree it before proceeding.

Savings and performance figures

Savings, generation, payback and running cost figures shown on this site are illustrative estimates based on typical properties and prevailing energy prices. Actual results depend on your property, usage, tariff and weather, and are confirmed in your survey documentation.

Grants

Where a Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant of £7,500 is referenced, eligibility is determined by the scheme rules and your property. We apply on your behalf as an MCS-certified installer and deduct the grant from your quote once eligibility is confirmed.

Work, certification and warranties

All work is carried out by our own engineers to the relevant standards and is certified and notified where required. Manufacturer product warranties are passed to you, and our workmanship warranty is set out in your quote.

Cancellation

Where you order as a consumer away from our premises you have 14 days to cancel from the date of the contract. If you ask us to start work within that period and then cancel, we may charge for work already carried out.

Finance

There are risks involved in taking out a loan and you should ensure you can make all payments on time and in full; failure to do so can lead to financial difficulties and have a negative impact on your credit score.

COOL RENEWABLES LTD is an Introducer Appointed Representative of Ideal Sales Solutions Ltd, t/a Ideal4Finance. Ideal Sales Solutions Ltd is a credit broker and not a lender (FRN 703401). Finance available subject to status. The rate offered is always provisional and will depend upon your personal circumstances, the loan amount and the term.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
